Zermatt is a car free village
If you arrive by car you must leave it in Täsch and take a shuttle train (or a taxi). There are several parking garages in Täsch. The largest of these is the Matterhorn Terminal. It has 2,100 covered parking lots and offers a direct connection to the shuttle train to Zermatt. The fast and comfortable shuttle ride takes just 12 minutes.
